Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Bedlington, Northumberland - within the Locality Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £36.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
The TM is responsible for Child Protection, Child in Need, Looked After Children.
Team of 10 workers and Deputy Team Manager. Responsibility for supervision of workers split between TM and DTM.
Team Manager role is day to day management, performance and QA of SW practice
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
