Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Family Assessment Service based in Wandsworth.
The pay rate for this permanent Team Manager job is £42,656 - £51,690 per annum.
Job Summary:
- The core purpose of the role is to ensure that all children remain safe and have improved
- outcomes as a result of the provision of high quality, targeted assessment and
- intervention.
- The post holder will oversee the provision of expert assessments and interventions to
- children and their families.
- To hold a lead role in the management of the service.
- To oversee and develop the centre's work in conjunction with the Assistant
Requirements Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Previous experience working in a similar team is essential.
