Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Gloucester, within the Children's Safeguarding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties of the Team Manager:
- To lead a team of 6-8 social workers in delivery of a quality, child centred service which considers the needs of the child and families.
- To bring a strong management oversight to the casework.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Experience working within a Children in Need, Child Protection, Court work and Children in Care is essential.
