Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time within a Child Protection & Wellbeing Team based in Barnstaple.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Supervise 6 social workers and an Assistant Team Manager
- Responsible for the quality of social work practice within the social work team.
- Cover Children in Need, Child Protection, planning for permanence for Children in Care
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
