Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Bromley.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £39.00 - £42.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience including working in a Criminal Justice setting with at least three years post qualifying experience
- Strong Safeguarding background
- Quality Assurance experience
- Probation qualified
- Substantial evidence of effective staff or team management and supervision in a relevant role
- Experience of auditing cases
- Ability to chair a range of statutory, multidisciplinary meetings
- Skills in communicating clearly orally and in writing
