Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Support Worker to take on a full-time permanent position based in Croydon.
The salary for this Support Worker job is £24,960 - £27,456 per annum.
About the role:
- To act as a member of a small residential care team in the provision of a homely care environment fostering warm relationships, setting clear boundaries, routines, guidance and support for the young people in residence, to the highest professional standards.
Requirements of the Support Worker:
- Must have a minimum two years' experience working with teenagers in either paid or voluntary capacity.
- Must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People or a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
