Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Supervising Social Worker to work full-time in Stratford within a Fostering Service. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Supervising Social Worker job is a package up to £30,000 - £36,000 per annum.
Requirements of the Supervising Social Worker:
- A relevant Social Work qualification
- Social Work England registered
- Have at least two years experience preferably in fostering or adoption
- Evidence of experience in frontline social work in Childcare and Form F's
- Knowledge of fostering and childcare legislation
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with children and their parents
- Hold a current DBS
