Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to work full-time based in Stroud. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator job is £13.79 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 2-3 month contract.
Main Duties:
- To carry out comprehensive client assessments and develop initial service user plans for those who express a wish to access substance misuse treatment.
- To actively monitor and support clients on to prescribed substitute medication and liaise effectively with medical/clinical team.
- Ensure that all activities and interventions are suitably recorded and in accordance with CGL policies, procedures and the requirements of local and national data requirements.
- Effectively case manage and review all stages of each client's treatment journey and recovery plan using designated tools and within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
- Experience with substance misuse clients
