Team/Specialism: Learning Disabilities
Pay Rate: £37.35 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months. This is an active social work role in the local community, that requires the ability to work agilely in different locations as required. This is to cover a vacancy in the team and to support the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
Hours: Full-time

Job Duties:
- Manage a mixed caseload of diverse and complex needs
- Undertake mental capacity assessments and best interest decision making
- Care management assessment, support planning and review.
- Safeguarding and leading in S42 enquiries
- CPA care co-ordination & Social supervision
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
- Have good organisational skills and autonomy
