Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to work full-time in Conwy, within the Older People/Hospital Team.
The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with the CCW.
The pay rate for these locum Social Worker roles is paying £26 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current CCW registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
Knowledge and Skills on IT systems are essential
Previous experience working in an Older People/hospital team is essential
Needs to be a car driver
