Location: Exeter. We offer a flexible approach to work and place great importance on wellbeing. We are currently operating a hybrid model where workers can work from home but will be required to come into the office on agreed days during the week, minimum 2 days required.

Duties:
- Supporting vulnerable adults from a range of backgrounds and needs – primarily with a learning disability
- Completing Community Deprivation of Liberty Assessments, Care Act Assessments, reviews, commissioning care, safeguarding work, CHC work, undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interest decisions
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experienced in working in Adult social care (18-65yrs)
- Can complete face to face visits in Devon
- Knowledge of the Care First 6 system an advantage but not essential
