Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within a Children in Care Team based in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £37,363 - £47,405 per annum.
Summary:
- The Care Management Service has Children in Care and Care Leaving Teams that are organised into North and South Teams, located in Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Children in Care and Care Leaving Teams are integrated and collocated to provide seamless transitional arrangements as young people get older and become supported by Personal Advisors (PAs) as they move to young adulthood and independence. The Care Management Service runs the contact centres across the county to facilitate safe and enjoyable contact between children and their birth parents and siblings.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
