Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Lewisham, within the Adults Quality Assurance Service.
The pay rate for this locum role is £30-£32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:

Work to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Service users by undertaking person centred, Multi Agency Safeguarding Adult Enquires under the supervision of a Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM).

Joint working with various professionals, a range of agencies and the managers of numerous types of care provisions to ensure that a thorough and proportionate Investigation is completed.
Requirements of the Social Worker:

Degree or equivalent in social work.

Current Social Work England registration.
-
Previous experience within frontline adult social work, particularly experience of safeguarding and complex work, assessment, report writing, and working with vulnerable adults.

Experience of adult safeguarding is essential.

Good understanding of the application of the Care Act, London Multi-Agency Safeguarding Adults Procedures, and the Mental Capacity Act.
