Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within an Adults Community Team based in Somerset.
The pay rate for this Social Worker job is £33 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Work in busy community Mendip team working with adults across community and community hospitals
- Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, capacity assessments
- Working remotely but may have to do face to face visits
- Working with adults with Learning disability, older adults, younger adults with physical disabilities, carers
- Multi disciplinary team focussed on working closely with neighbourhoods, integrating community support into social care. working closely with health colleagues, voluntary agencies, care providers including care homes
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent within Social Work
- HCPC registered as a Social Worker
- Recent experience working within the UK as a social worker
