Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Northamptonshire in an Adolescents Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is from £29,165 up to £32,277 (potential increase to £34,277 for exceptional candidates with 5 years+ post qualifying experience) per annum with a £3,000 Welcome Bonus and up to £8000 relocation bonus.

Duties:

  • Utilising a relationship-based approach, where the young person is at the heart of everything we do.

  • The service will undertake assessments, both statutory and non-statutory.

  • Direct work to meet complex needs and manage associated risks.

  • The service wants good outcomes for young people and for them to be safe; adequately housed and supported (with their families wherever possible); physically and emotionally healthy and achieving good outcomes through education, training or employment.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work

  • Current HCPC registration

  • 6 Months Social Work experience after completion of ASYE

  • Enhanced DBS Clearance

  • Right to work in the UK
