Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work 36 hours per week based in Bromley, within the ADPAT Community Mental Health Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28.00 - £32.00 per hour (Assignment rate) depending on experience and performance at interview and is an initial 3-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 am – 17:00 pm
Duties:
- Managing and supporting clients' caseload diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorder, Personality Disorder and Trauma in the community
- Generic Assessment
- Risk Assessment and Management
- Placement Reviews MHPRG
- Section 117 reviews
- Social Circumstances Report
- Safeguarding alert and investigation and coordinating clients care in the community
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults’ Services
