Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Social Work Senior Practitioner to work full-time based in Tewkesbury, within the Children’s Assessment Team.

The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.

Home working opportunities will be available but it will need to fit the needs of the business, the candidate will have to make themselves available to be in the office for duty week and avoid being off on Friday.

Shift Pattern:

  • Condensed working hours would be considered - 37 hours in 4 days but it needs to be agreed with the team manager and will be subject to renew and change

Duties:

  • Hold a caseload of children and provide an effective, evidence based intervention with consideration of timeliness and impact and with a case load of around 18

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant senior level frontline experience within children’s services
