Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Assistant Team Manager to fill a full-time role within the Families Service based in Croydon.
The pay rate for this locum Social Work Assistant Team Manager job is £38.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties of the Social Work Assistant Team Manager:
- We have a new vacancy available for an Assistant Team Manager in the long term child protection service, Social Work with Families. We are looking for passionate and experienced social workers or established ATMs who are ready to take the next step in their social work career.
- Working with the Team Manager, you will supervise up to four team members and support your Team Manager to lead the team.
Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Social Work management experience
- It is essential that you have a proven record of delivering high quality services for vulnerable children and young people.
- Experience in a statutory child protection in a children's social care setting
- To have excellent working knowledge and understanding of legislative framework, relevant research and national developments, and policies relating to Children's Social Care.
