Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to work full-time within an Early Help Team based in Barking and Dagenham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Service Manager job is £42.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.

Requirements of the Service Manager:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
A strong safeguarding background preferably in an assessment service
Experience with case audits and formulating support plans
Strong focus on outcomes and evidencing children lived experiences
Visible and conversational approach to management
