Sanctuary Social Care has locum vacancy for a Senior Social Worker to work full-time based in Trafford, within the Screening Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adult's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Social Worker role is £26.88 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Working within a first point of contact service
- Dealing with a range of types of work from requests for Care Act assessments to safeguarding
Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult's services
- Must have knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and others required when working within Adult Social Care.
- Previous use of Liquid Logic is ideal
