Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Senior Practitioner to fill a full-time role within a Hospital Team based in Bracknell Forest.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £34 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 6-month contract.
Requirements:
- A Social Care qualification
- Experience of providing information and advice to customers.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults Metal Health services
