About the Role:

Key responsibilities include planning and facilitating theatre lists, accurately recording patient information on IT systems, maintaining safe medication practices, and ensuring patient care areas meet high safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a First-level Registered Nurse or HCPC registered ODP, with expertise in scrub nursing across various surgical specialties.

Requirements:

  • First-level Registered Nurse/HCPC registered ODP.
  • SFA qualification desirable.
  • Post-registration education in relevant specialty, Healthcare Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in scrub nursing across surgical specialties.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Demonstration of honesty, integrity, and ethics in the workplace.
