Job Title: Senior Hand Therapist (Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist)

Sanctuary Personnel is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Hand Therapist, passionate about delivering excellent standards of care, to join our client's dedicated Physiotherapy Team.
The hospital, one of Essex’s leading private hospitals, opened in 1987. It features 64 beds, all with ensuite facilities, parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit, and a high dependency unit.
Duties Include:
- Providing the highest standard of individualised patient care as part of the team.
- Demonstrating advanced knowledge, skills, and clinical reasoning in the area of Hand Therapy.
- Assisting in the triaging of patient referrals.
- Managing more complex cases within the outpatient case list.
- Offering advice and support to junior Hand Therapy colleagues on clinical practice issues.
- Supporting other team members as necessary.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the HCPC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- BAHT level 1 or equivalent.
- Experience with static splinting.
