Sanctuary Personnel are looking for remote SEN Case Officers to work within for a local authority. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and are paying £204.74 per day (paid to you via an umbrella company). The role will involve working Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm.

Duties of the Special Educational Needs Officer:

  • Serve as the primary contact for parents, children, young people, Adult Services, and their carers during the completion of relevant procedures.
  • Attend meetings and case conferences to mediate and resolve conflicts between all parties, including service users.
  • Develop Education, Health, and Care Plans using person-centred approaches and the "Asset Model" approach, ensuring that parents, children, and young people are central to the process and addressing any unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements of the SEN Case Officers:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience working within the public sector as a SEN Case Officer.
  • Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS and 2 x references.
