Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Rehabilitation Officer to work full-time in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Rehabilitation Officer job is £27.93 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To provide Rehabilitation Assessment and Mobility Training to Adults who are blind, Deafblind and partially sighted, who are residents of; or are the responsibility of the London Borough of Lambeth, are in their own homes or at other suitable locations as appropriate.
Requirements of the Rehabilitation Officer:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Previous experience working in this role is essential
- PO1 Minimum - Foundation degree level qualification in Rehabilitation Work (Visual Impairment) or an equivalent qualification Registration with RWPN (Rehab Workers Professional Network)
- DBS - Enhanced Adults
