Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver immunisations within schools based in Sefton.
The pay rate for this locum Registered Nurse job is £18-20 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- HPV 1, HPV 2, School Leavers Booster (DTP/Men ACWY)
- Delivering a recovery of immunisations that are outstanding from last year's campaigns, due to COVID-19, alongside this current year's campaign
- Carrying out immunisations in mainstream schools, community venues, specialist provisions and family homes on occasion
- Sign up to a PGD (Patient Group Directive) for each vaccination type
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience working within the UK
- Essential that you are up-to-date with Immunisation Training, including anaphylaxis and Basic Life Support
