The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a cohesive, multi-disciplinary team committed to providing exceptional care to individuals of varying ages coping with neurological conditions and long-term ailments, including those recovering from traumatic injuries or living with physical disabilities. Your role will involve delivering personalised and rehabilitative care while collaborating closely with therapy professionals, all while maintaining meticulous records.
The role demands physicality, as you'll be assisting individuals with limited mobility and providing personal care. You'll have the opportunity to work with individuals requiring complex rehabilitation, such as those with tracheostomies, ventilator dependence, or peg feeds, all while striving towards extensive and enduring rehabilitation goals. In certain cases, mobility and speech may be compromised, necessitating close collaboration with various service providers, including those specialising in wheelchairs, speech therapy, and alternative communication aids.

The Neurological Centre will offer a 22-bed service providing specialist nursing and therapy interventions round-the-clock for individuals with complex neurological conditions requiring ongoing support to enhance functional ability and elevate quality of life. Specialising in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, the centre features adapted bedrooms equipped with high-dependency amenities, alongside well-appointed therapy spaces and accessible garden areas.
In return for your dedication, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of up to £39,000 DoE (based on 37.5 hours per week)
