Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Harrow, within the Together With Families Team.
The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Officer job is £38,964 - £42,792 per annum.
Duties:
- To support the ongoing development and embedding of the Quality Assurance framework within the operating model of integrated working for Children's Services. QA has a key role in relation to performance management and driving service improvement
- To support monitoring of performance indicators across Children's Services relating to statutory and local requirements.
- To assist in the preparation of policy and procedure developments within the directorate.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
