Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Tameside, within the Assessment Team.
The pay rate for this locum Practice Manager job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
You will be joining the team at a time of transformation and great investment into services for children and social work practice.
Duties:
- Working within small social work teams, being case accountable for supervising social worker s carrying complex and challenging case load of children and young people.
- Carry a small caseload of complex cases to support the team.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
