Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Ilford.
The salary for this Practice Manager job is £49,839 - £52,827 per annum and is on a permanent basis.
Duties:
Provide professional support and guidance to other team members
Manage the day-to-day duties in the Child Protection Service including managing contacts, referrals and assessments
Manage a duty rota
Lead, motivate, nurture and manage a team
Take responsibility for managing complex cases
Take a lead in managing team meetings and other related team functions
Provide consultation, advice and guidance to team members on professional issues
Requirements of the Practice Manager:
A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
Registered on Social Work England
Management experience
