requirements:

1)      Experience of building effective relationships with adults, their carers and their families.

2)      Have an interest in your own continuing professional development and a willingness to undertake further relevant training as required.

3)      Proven experience of direct work with adults within social care or community services, this could be within a voluntary or paid sector.
