Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5/6 Reablement Physiotherapist to work full or part-time in Ruddington & West Bridgeford. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £20-£26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties of the Physiotherapist:
- To provide a high-quality service by a dedicated team for patients/clients referred for Therapeutic Reablement at home and or Short Term Rehabilitation Services within Nottinghamshire Health Care and the Rushcliffe locality.
- Maximise recovery, minimising disability.
- Being proactive in facilitating discharges back to the community wherever possible, by working with patients/clients and their carers and other members of the team by setting realistic goals and evaluating their outcomes.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Must be a car driver
