Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.
- Deliver Physiotherapy services in coordination with the Head of Therapies.
- Provide professional leadership following clinical governance principles and professional conduct standards.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Neuro care team, managing complex neurological conditions.
- Develop and evaluate individual treatment plans, liaising with relevant agencies.
- Apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to ensure quality care delivery.
- Prioritise tasks effectively based on clinical judgment to maintain service standards.
- Utilise assessment tools for effective treatment and participate in clinical audit activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based Physiotherapy practices
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
