Are you seeking to join a dynamic and vibrant team? Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a Band 5 Registered Children’s Nurse to join our client's esteemed hospital. Their Paediatrics team, serving across Outpatients and their Urgent Care Centre, is in need of your expertise.

Ideally, you have experience in Paediatrics within an acute hospital setting, including Outpatients, Children’s Emergency, or Urgent Care. Above all, you possess a dedication to delivering outstanding patient care across diverse specialties within their small, welcoming, and adaptable team.

Your main responsibilities will include delivering top-notch nursing care, supporting team members to uphold best practices, and adhering to hospital and departmental policies, ensuring the safety of all in the Emergency Department.

This role offers a fast-paced and innovative environment at Band 5 level, catering to a wide range of patients, from primary care issues in their Urgent Care Centre. It presents an excellent opportunity to expand your skills within an evolving and advancing service.

Do you meet the criteria for this Paediatric Band 6 role?

  • Current NMC Children’s nursing registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in nursing (Outpatients and Emergency Department).
  • Demonstrable post-registration skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident decision-making skills.
