Requirements of the Paediatric Nurse:
- Active registration with the NMC as a Children’s nurse.
- At least three years of post-registration experience in nursing.
- Demonstrated expertise gained through post-registration practice.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in organizational and time management.
- Confident in making decisive decisions.
