Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist for Outpatients for a permanent position. Flexible working options will be considered for this role.

The working hours are Monday - Saturday from 08:00 am - 20:00 pm.

The Outpatient Physical Therapy department is an integral part of this hospital, which is one of the largest independent hospitals in Kent. The hospital is committed to providing top-quality care in an exceptional clinical environment.

It comprises a diverse multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Hand therapists, Women’s Health Specialists, Sports Medicine Consultants, Osteopaths, and administrative support staff.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding patient care across a range of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, they will be involved in leadership responsibilities, working closely with the Leadership Team to ensure service excellence and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting department managers and leads in driving business goals
  • Championing patient experience and delivering excellent customer care
  • Conducting assessments and formulating treatment programs
  • Implementing hospital policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Engaging with medical professionals internally and externally
  • Being flexible with working patterns across operational hours

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy
  • Valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 18 months of post-graduate experience in MSK and Orthopaedic Outpatients
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture
