Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work in Bridport on a full-time basis.
The pay rate for this locum Community Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist job is £24.00 - £25.23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Carry out community assessments with adults who have a variety of physical needs
- Provide timely assessments within the discharge to assess framework, and provide equipment to facilitate independence and safety
- Work within the MDT to support discharges and prevent hospital admissions
- Provided additional cover as needed to ward
Requirements of the Community Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Ward & Community experience
- Car driver
