Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Rapid Response Occupational Therapist to work based in Shrewsbury.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £28-£29 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Complete thorough falls assessment based in a community setting.
- Work closely with Physiotherapists, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists and RSW’s.
- Responsible for Admission Avoidance responsibilities as an extension of the Rapid Response team.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle is desirable, although not essential.
