Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in Aylesbury, within the Community Mental Health Team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.00 - £28.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
This role will require predominantly home working, however, visits to patients are required at times for face to face support.
Duties:
- Hold a caseload of approximately 28 cases, dependent on the complexity
- Support patients in the community with a variety of mental health and social care needs
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Car driver
