Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a passionate Band 5 Registered Children’s Nurse to join a thriving Paediatrics team. The role entails delivering expert care within various departments, including Outpatients and Urgent Care, at a charitable hospital.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in paediatrics within an acute hospital environment, particularly in Outpatients, Children’s Emergency, or Urgent Care. Above all, we seek individuals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care within a collaborative and adaptable team.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, adhering to hospital and departmental policies, and ensuring the safety of all individuals in the Emergency Department.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at Band 5 level, catering to diverse patient needs, from primary care issues to urgent medical attention.
Situated in St John’s Wood, conveniently accessible via the Jubilee line, our prestigious private hospital maintains an international reputation for excellence in patient care. Profits generated contribute to the onsite Hospice.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current NMC Children’s nursing registration
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in nursing (Outpatients and Emergency Department)
- Demonstrable post-registration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident decision-making skills
