Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurses (CPNs) to take on new ongoing contract roles.
Location: Chelmsford
Pay Rates: £26.78 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm
Duties:
- Act as the named care co-ordinator and manage the coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence based care to a defined group of service users and their carers, within a defined catchment area/locality
- Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team, and act up for Team Lead in their absence as appropriate. To act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff
- Work under the overall supervision of the Team Leader but is required to undertake the duties of the post without direct supervision
- Carries responsibility for the assessment, review and support of those patients allocated or using the services of the Intensive Outreach Team
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurses:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
