Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work part-time within an Integrated Community Mental Health Team based in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25.02 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Experience of working in a community mental health setting with service users who experience severe and enduring mental illness.
- Experience of working with adult social care legislation, adult safeguarding, risk management and commissioning packages of care.
- You will also bring both knowledge and experience of strengths based approaches to the role.
- A working knowledge of Pennine Care Foundation Trust's PARIS database is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Local Authority ALLIS database is desirable.
- You must also hold a valid driving licence.
