Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Junior/Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Kettering.
The salary for this permanent Physiotherapist job is £26,000- 36,000 per hour (Assignment rate)
Main duties:
- Deliver an outstanding level of care to our patients working alongside a highly skilled team whilst considering the needs of the business
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Ability to organise and prioritise independently
- Ability to maintain judgement under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of HCPC Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct
- Worked within the governance framework of the hospital and comply with regulatory standards (CQC)
- Understanding the Private sector would be an advantage
