Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Improvement Management Practitioner to work full-time in Sandwell. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Improvement Management Practitioner job is £39.07 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Improvement Management Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Required to promote and deliver the Practice Learning Programme across a range of different services including Care Management, SAAT and MASH, LAC, Safeguarding and Quality Assurance, YOS and Early Help.
