Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a competent Housekeeper to join our team in East Sussex.
As an Housekeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the childrens home is cleaned and maintained.
The rate of pay for this role is £11+ P/H.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the cleaning of designated areas, to include cleaning, washing, sweeping and vacuuming, laundry, this will include toilets and associated facilities.
- Operate, where necessary, appropriate powered equipment to undertake the main duties of the post e.g. carpet cleaning equipment.
- Assist in the monitoring and ordering of cleaning materials.
- Assist in completing any associated paperwork.
- Participate in the process of supervision, Personal Development Plans and annual staff appraisal.
- Willingness to participate in any relevant training e.g. moving and handling, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- ability to work 25 hours a week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
