Join our new CAMHS service, as a Family Therapist and contribute to shaping a brighter future for young individuals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new multidisciplinary team and have a significant impact.
You will work 37.5 hours per week at the clinic, a 12-bed CAMHS facility in Waterlooville. Catering to young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders, the clinic offers onsite educational services and a full multidisciplinary team, providing a unique chance to contribute to its growth.
Ideal candidates will have a background in the NHS or private sector and experience in supporting young people and their families, particularly those with a history of unsuccessful treatments. As a Family Therapist, you will manage a diverse caseload, acting as an internal care coordinator for families and facilitating therapeutic groups for young people.
Additionally, you will play a key role in influencing the therapeutic environment through reflective practice sessions and staff training, adhering to a trauma-focused model.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- MSc/Post Graduate Diploma in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy
- Registration with UKCP
- Minimum of 4 years' post-qualifying experience
- Extensive CAMHS experience
