This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £33.66 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company). The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide managerial cover in the absence of the Children and Family Hub Manager and line management of extended services teams
  • In line with the Core Purpose for Children and Family Hubs, develop, coordinate and commission, in partnership with stakeholders, quality integrated services for children aged 0-19 years (25 with SEND) and their families in the neighbourhood planning area to achieve long term changes in the outcomes for children and families.
  • To develop and coordinate key partnerships with a range of stakeholders through the Children’s Neighbourhoods Partnership Boards and Parent/Carer Panels to ensure services are planned, and coordinated according to local need and families views
  • To ensure that children and families in the Children and Family Hub neighbourhoods planning area are actively engaged in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services.
  • To develop and maintain a Children and Family Hub delivery plan in accordance with Hackney's strategic direction.
  • To monitor and evaluate the impact of services against local and national targets.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree level or equivalent, in health, social care, education, early years or community work.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS and 2 x references. 
  • Hours: 36 hours p/w.
