ABOUT US

Born out of Sanctuary Personnel and with significant investment, Sanctuary International is rebranding as Migrate; a new digital staffing and education company. Plugging into UK existing clients with rapid global expansion plans, we're diversifying into all sectors within professional migration, starting with healthcare.

Migrate breaks down the barriers of global employment by directly connecting great people with great opportunities. We're here to take the mystery and potential stress out of UK migration for overseas applicants. We work with many UK clients such as NHS trusts and independent providers, placing the right people in the right job, at just the right time. By removing the agency, and providing online education and a vibrant community, we're redefining the narrative of what overseas applicants can expect from migrating to the UK.

Migrate is also building strategies that give back to the international community; constantly innovative to provide balance and socially responsible recruitment.
