Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Social Worker to work within a Safeguarding Team in Northampton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £33,213 - £37,023 per annum.
Duties:
- You will also have the responsibility of mentoring newly qualified and experienced social workers when you will be expected to encourage reflection on practice and will assist the team manager to implement the Signs of Safety model as a consistent practice framework
- You aim will be to ensure a high standard of service is continually being provided to the children and families we work with
Requirements of the Consultant Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- The right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Clearance
