Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Stroke Physiotherapist to work full-time in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £25 - £26 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- To provide high quality holistic evidence based care to clients that is responsive, effective and efficient.
- To facilitate and support timely discharge and prevent inappropriate admissions by supporting clients to remain as independent as possible and maintain or improve their level of function and quality of life.
- To work within the Nottinghamshire Community Stroke ESD and Community Stroke Rehabilitation team and provide a flexible and specialist Physiotherapy service within specific clinical area across a range of settings
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
